Position tasks and responsibilities
This exciting new role will focus on:
- Liaising with prospective purchasers on behalf of MultiArray Special Projects for the purpose of booking appointments for the sales team and ultimately generating unconditional sales
- Providing customer service/product informaiton
- Providing administrative support to the Sales Manager and broader sales team when required
- Client liasion from contract through to settlement
- Adhoc customer support duties
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have proven success and experience in a customer facing sale role, preferably residential project sales phone/web customer service enquiries
- Love being on the phone talking to clients
- Be driven and keen to assist in driving sales
- Have outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Have excellent telephone etiquette and one-on-one skills
- Good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Proficient in MS Office.
